You’ll need a good square to make sure everything lines up correctly when following your bunk bed or loft bed plans. I like the steel framing squares over the aluminum ones because they’re less likely to get bent if you accidentally step on it (which happens…). You can also clamp to the steel framing squares more confidently than aluminum ones because of their robust construction.
